Is our bamboo straw biodegradable?
Yes, it is. After our bamboo straws reach their shelf life, just simply throw them in the GREEN Bin (in the Netherlands) and they will be back in nature with no additional toxins.
Can I put my straws in the dishwasher?
Yes, you can. Just keep in mind that our bamboo straws are not like the stainless steel straws (that can withstand high temperatures and harsh washing liquids). If you decide to wash your bamboo straws in a dishwasher, be prepared that it might cause some discolouration (after a while) and decrease its life span. However, it will still last you a long time that way. With proper care, our straws are made to last for years.
Does a receipt come with my order?
As we try to keep waste to the minimum, we do not issue paper receipt with each order. You will be receiving an electronic receipt together with your order confirmation.
Do you collaborate with other organizations?

Do you sell single straw?
No, we don’t. The main reason is that it will likely cost more to ship a single straw to you than that straw’s actual production cost. So to reduce carbon footprint, we only sell in sets. If you are sceptical about switching to our eco-friendly straws and do not wish to buy more than one, we highly recommend you to ask your family, neighbours, friends to buy with you. It’s better that way for your wallet as well as for the environment.
